Skills and Competencies
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in credit, financial data, or data operations roles, with Structured Finance experience across ABS, RMBS, and CLOs preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial data concepts, including data relationships, business context, and how data supports analytical processes and outcomes
  • Strong SQL, data management, and data quality expertise, with the ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines while maintaining strong quality control standards
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, and process improvement techniques, with familiarity in tools such as Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,200.00 - $164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
