Position Summary

The Lending Program Manager is responsible for oversight and administration of end-to-end lending processes across assigned lending products and capabilities. This position will primarily focus on improving how lending works by identifying business problems, prioritizing opportunities, delivering solutions, managing portfolios of work, and ensuring realized business value. This position may act as a liaison between departments and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the business owner for lending process improvements, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a portfolio of initiatives, enhancements, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partner with Lending Operations, Lending Information Systems, Product Managers, Risk, Technology, and Business Leaders.
  • Translate business problems into actionable requirements and solution roadmaps.
  • Lead implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, and operational readiness activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, automation, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Ensure delivered solutions achieve expected operational and business outcomes.
  • Support value realization tracking and benefit measurement for implemented solutions.
  • Maintain alignment between strategic objectives, initiatives, and operational execution.
  • Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Education and/or Experience
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, and
  • 8 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management, lending systems management, or other related field

    • MS Office programs
    • Advanced PowerPoint Presentation skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Smart Sheets


  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
    • Project Management Professional designation a plus
