Job Duties and Responsibilities

Gen Mobile, an EchoStar Corporation brand, is seeking a mid-level, regulatory/transactional Legal Project Specialist to support operations across multiple business units and directly contribute to brand growth. This role addresses the challenges of managing administrative, clerical, and research support services, ensuring smooth operations within the legal department. The specialist will solve complex organizational demands by effectively cataloging records, managing timelines, and conducting investigations or fact-checking. Ultimately, this position bridges the gap between various business teams and stakeholders to successfully achieve key legal and brand objectives.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Assist two attorneys and one regulatory manager with the comprehensive review, preparation, and administrative management of various legal and regulatory documents
  • File regulatory licensing applications accurately and respond to complex document requests from government agencies within required timelines
  • Catalog, file, and organize legal documents to maintain seamless project records and overall status tracking
  • Assist with critical closing duties, including collecting, filing, and circulating documents for review and signature across teams
  • Work collaboratively with various business teams and stakeholders as needed to accomplish overarching brand and company goals
  • Leverage AI tools and project management software to increase efficiency in administrative tracking, document categorization, and research workflows

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $88,061.25/Year - $119,168.75/Year
