This will be a critical role as we continue to grow rapidly to support internal stakeholders under the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:- Play a central role in evaluating, selecting, implementing and administering legal systems, policies, playbooks and procedures in coordination with legal team, other departments and vendors to improve departmental workflow and consistency
- Develop, maintain and track department key performance metrics to track and communicate performance
- Provide ongoing training and support on processes and technologies for all Legal Department resources to the Legal Department and other cross-functional teams
- Oversee and support certain administrative duties in Legal department, including file repository management, event coordination, and data analytics
- Day-to-day maintenance and administration of the company's contracts lifecycle management (CLM) software and other software tools
- Act as notary public for the Legal Department and other requests from other departments in the company
- Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in a position responsible for legal operations at an in-house company, law firm, or consulting firm highly preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience utilizing Ironclad is highly preferred, but experience with other contract management software is also sufficient
- Aptitude in learning and using software applications and other web-based platforms
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, and implementing technology solutions
- Interest and experience in using AI tools to assist Legal Department tasks
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- High personal standards of excellence and ethics, as well as the ability to act with discretion and sensitivity
- Experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Excellent computer, basic skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Self-starter with an ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills and juggling multiple matters
- Certification, or ability to achieve a certification, as a notary public
Pay Range for this role:
$99,760 to $117,370
