Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge across various medical fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal setting or as a Legal Nurse Consultant preferred.
• Experience in emergency care department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time intakes on complex medical cases for expert matching.
• Perform chart reviews focusing on standard of care and documentation.
• Support the Expert Search team in evaluating expert responses and qualifications.
• Assist in primary research including literature searches using LexisNexis Medical Navigator.
• Collaborate with in-house MDs to enhance case analysis and understanding.
