As a Legal Assistant in our dynamic family law litigation team, you'll be at the heart of a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

A Legal Assistant must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; be friendly, empathetic, and organized; and be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Prior experience working in a legal setting is required. Candidates without legal experience will not be considered at this time.

Additionally, you must possess the following skills:
• Ability to manage time effectively and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met or exceeded
• Strong organizational and communication skills-both oral and written
• Excellent people skills with the confidence to approach clients with empathy
• Proficiency in multitasking and adherence to processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and Attorneys
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
