DESCRIPTION Leave Replacement Preschool TeacherPOSITION SUMMARY: Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. FTPS Preschool Teachers provide our youngest learners with high-quality and developmentally appropriate learning experiences in a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: P3 Certification
- Proficient in the use of instructional technology
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act
- Successful Criminal History Clearance
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find acceptable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bilingual/Multilingual
- Master's degree in education or related field
- Special Education Certification
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT 10 - Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any
applicable and collective negotiations agreement.
COMPENSATION In accordance with the provisions of the BOE/FTEA collective bargaining agreement, the salary range for this position in the 26/27 SY is Step 1 BA/BS ($68,023) - Step 18 PhD/EdD ($99,380). Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited Google Suite, IEP software program and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
