Position Summary
The Leasing Consultant I is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, from initial prospect engagement through move-in. This role focuses heavily on relationship-building, follow-up, overcoming objections, conducting tours, and closing leases while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, urgency, and the ability to effectively manage a high-volume pipeline using CRM and property management systems.

Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other performance-driven environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and presentation
Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
College degree preferred, but not required

Ongoing pay: Hourly base ($17.75) + aggressive commissions
