Roland Berger is a leading global strategy consultancy with a strong people-first culture. Our North America People and Human Resources team is growing, and we are looking for a curious, organized, and relationship-driven specialist to help design and deliver learning experiences that develop our people and support their career growth.

As a member of a small, collaborative Talent Development team, you will own the coordination and delivery of learning programs across the North America region while partnering closely with the Talent Development Managers on development initiatives. You will be the operational backbone of the team by keeping the programs running smoothly.

This is an individual contributor role with a clear path toward greater program ownership and advisory responsibility as you build expertise in our business and population. The position can be based in either Boston, Chicago, or Detroit.

Job Responsibilities:

Program design, delivery, and coordination
  • Develop and implement training plans, programs, and strategies that promote employee growth and a continuous learning environment.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for internal and external training programs, including scheduling, materials, vendor coordination, and post-program follow-up.
  • Prepare reports and communications on training metrics, program effectiveness, and emerging development needs.
  • Serve as the primary regional contact for training, working with global L&D colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Collaborate with the internal Compliance team to oversee the configuration, administration, and tracking of annual compliance training.

Talent development partnership
  • Act as a thought partner to Talent Development Managers, supporting consultants' development, career opportunities, and skill-building. Gain a deep understanding of consultants' goals, experiences, strengths, and needs to tailor training initiatives.
  • Support the mentor program and other talent programs that drive engagement and retention.
  • Provide general support across the Talent Development Team, including assistance with staffing communications and administrative tasks.

Performance management support
  • Provide administrative support for informal and formal performance evaluation processes, including data collection and platform maintenance.
  • Ensure data integrity across people systems.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working at a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Minimum of three to four years in Talent Development or Training Coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and performance management platforms.

Additional Information

The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. This estimate reflects the best estimate at the time of this posting, and does not guarantee any specific salary for this position. It is important to note that at Roland Berger, individual salaries are determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, education, office location, start date and organizational needs. Roland Berger will review your performance at least annually and may adjust your salary in its sole discretion

This role is eligible for additional compensation, and is eligible for an annual bonus.
