Where We Need You:  

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Global Learning and Development (L&D) team in one of our Protiviti U.S. office locations.

As a Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by developing, managing, and delivering multiple learning programs from start to finish, which provide immediate value to our consulting professionals and align with our strategic objectives. Learning programs cover multiple areas from employee onboarding, to skill development, leadership development, business development and more.  

 

What You Will Do:  

  • Plan and deliver live learning events (in person and virtual) of all sizes working closely with colleagues and stakeholders.  

  • Identify learning needs and understand the target audience   

  • Select and prepare facilitators and support staff  

  • Plan engaging events  

  • Lead the learning experience and apply exceptional facilitation skills and techniques   

  • Ensure that learners develop the targeted knowledge and skills  

  • Collect, analyze, and act on feedback and continuously enhance the learning experience  

  • Create exceptional development and culture-building experiences for our participants, facilitators, and support staff that build lasting positive memories.  

  • Identify opportunities to enhance our learning portfolio and communicate actionable ideas.  

  • Cultivate relationships across the organization and keep stakeholders informed of L&D developments. 

  • Stay current with innovative learning trends, technologies, and environments (virtual or physical) and share ideas for integration into our programs.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree  

  • 5+ years of previous experience in learning and development. Experience in the Consulting/Professional Services industry is preferred  

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel   

 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments. 

 

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$70,000.00 - $106,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$75,600.00 - $114,480.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
