Overview

The Learning Solutions Content Designer develops, writes, and maintains enterprise learning content, procedures, documentation, job aids, and related resources that support business goals and team member development. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information, document business processes, and translate complex concepts into clear, accurate, and actionable content. The Learning Solutions Content Designer owns content projects from intake through delivery, manages priorities, and risks, and ensures learning materials are scalable, accessible, effective, and aligned with organizational standards. Working closely with HR, business leaders, and learning teams, this role transforms business needs into documentation and learning solutions that drive performance and support organizational change.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leadership to design and deliver enterprise learning programs that support organizational capability, readiness, and business priorities.
  • Create learning materials, tools, and processes that are consistent, accessible and useable across different formats such as eLearning, SOPs, videos, toolkits, and microlearning.
  • Champion modern learning practices and enterprise standards to support consistency and workforce readiness.
  • Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility requirements and company standards for quality and inclusive design.
  • Own the intake and prioritization process by reviewing all requests, clarifying scope, and ensuring work aligns with learning standards, and priorities.
  • Partner with HR to design and deliver learning content that supports learning initiatives and encourages consistent use of enterprise resources and standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on learning best practices, offer support to HR and business partners as needed.
  • Work with partners to support and improve learning systems, using data and feedback to inform decisions and ongoing improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Compensation:

Starting pay range: $75,800 - $99,500. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Communications, Business, or related field, (or equivalent work-related experience.)
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience delivering and leading learning, HR, or program-related initiatives, including technical writing and instructional design, with responsibility for designing and delivering programs that meet quality standards and budget expectations across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating learning solutions across multiple formats and working within enterprise learning platforms and content tools.
  • Familiarity with learning science principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, performance consulting) to partner effectively with design teams.
  • Expertise working with modern learning technologies and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed environment and engage stakeholders at all levels through clear verbal, written, and presentation communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, learning content and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple demands while maintaining a strategic focus and delivering high-quality execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting and vendor management, including needs analysis, program development and ongoing relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and use data to develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
  • Occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required to support stakeholder workshops, vendor engagement, or enterprise program deployments.
