Description

We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager to join our team!

The Director of Learning Operations is responsible for the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of firm-wide learning and development programs. This role ensures consistent, scalable delivery of training across all service lines and offices, and partners with firm leadership to operationalize learning and development strategy. This role will also provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for team members reporting into learning operations.
  • This role is responsible for execution and delivery of learning programs-not development of firm-wide talent strategy.
  • Strategy and leadership development frameworks are owned by firm leadership (CEO, CPO, and Talent Operations Partner).


What your day looks like:

Learning Strategy & Governance
  • Execute the annual firm-wide learning plan and calendar in alignment with leadership priorities.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards across all internal learning programs.
  • Work with HR to integrate training plans into performance evaluations.
  • Support leadership in operationalizing learning strategy and priorities.

Curriculum & Program Delivery
  • Coordinate and manage curriculum delivery across levels and service lines.
  • Partner with service line leaders to execute and maintain relevant training programs.
  • Facilitate select training sessions as needed and coordinate presenters.
  • Oversee blended learning delivery (in-person, virtual, digital).

Service Line Partnership
  • Partner with service line leaders to align training schedules with business needs.
  • Enable subject-matter experts as internal instructors.
  • Coordinate presenters and ensure consistency across sessions

Learning Systems & Measurement
  • Own learning programs and content within the LMS.
  • Track participation, completion, and learning plan progress.
  • Provide reporting on training execution and key metrics.
  • Ensure learning systems data accuracy.

Talent Lifecycle Support
  • Lead onboarding and early-career development programs.
  • Coordinate intern programs and early career training logistics.
  • Ensure learning systems data accuracy.
  • Support execution of development programs tied to promotion and progression.

What you need for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in learning & development or training leadership.
  • Professional services experience preferred.
  • Strong program management, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale training programs.
  • Strong project management discipline.
  • Ability to execute across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
