Purpose:
The Learning Experience Lead supports Patient Service Center (PSC) by designing, executing, andoptimizinglearning communications and delivery strategies that drive adoption, readiness, and learner experience. This role ensures learning initiatives—from onboarding to process updates—are clearly communicated, effectively deployed, and aligned with operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Learning Communications Strategy & Execution
3 Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for:
3 New hire onboarding curriculums
3 Training updates and refresher trainings
3 Process changes and business-critical updates
3 Create clear, actionable communication materials (announcements, job aids, leader talking points, reinforcement messaging) to support learning initiatives
3 Identify and leverage multiple communication channels (LMS, email, Teams, etc.) to ensure effective delivery, visibility, and trackability of messaging
Training Rollout & Delivery Support
3 Lead end-to-end training rollout communication plans aligned to program timelines
3 Partner with instructional designers, trainers, and LMS administrators to ensure all learning deliverables are reviewed, approved, and ready for deployment
3 Ensure LMS communications and notifications support successful training adoption and completion
3 Support execution of the training strategy with delivery teams, ensuring alignment to learner needs and operational readiness
Compliance & Learning Systems Coordination
3 Utilize Veeva Vault tosubmittraining deliverables for legal and compliance review
3 Track approval progress, manage feedback cycles, and ensure timelines are met
3 Maintain version control and ensure all materials meet regulatory and organizational standards
Learner Experience & Continuous Improvement
3 Drive innovative approaches to onboarding and learning experiences to improve engagement and efficiency
3 Ensure trainer readiness through proactive scheduling, communication, and alignment on materials and expectations
3 Monitor learner satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and experience
3 Identifyopportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance communication impact

3 Up to 20% travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
3 Bachelors degree in a related field
3 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, learning communications, training delivery support, or related roles
3 Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging
3 Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
3 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
3 Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Asana, Monday.com or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
3 Experience with Veeva Vault or similar compliance/approval systems in regulated environments
3 Experience supporting onboarding, training delivery, or learning operations
3 Background in healthcare, life sciences, or contact center environments
3 Experience with AI / technology applications to optimize communications.
