Full Job Description
We are looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager who is passionate about helping people grow and turning business needs into engaging, practical learning experiences. In this role, you will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to build technical, leadership and soft-skill training that supports employees at every level.

As a member of our Human Resources team, you will lead the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning programs, coach internal trainers and leaders, and make training resources accessible to employees throughout the organization.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with four days in office at our Chanhassen, MN location. Occasional early morning or evening flexibility is needed to support training across production shifts.

On top of that you must:
  • have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced training or certification in adult learning techniques is a plus.
  • bring eight or more years of experience designing, developing and delivering training content for adult learners at a variety of skill levels.
  • have five or more years of experience managing others with responsibility for their development.
  • demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and project management skills.
  • have experience managing and administering learning management systems; experience with 360Learning is preferred.
  • have experience using Adobe Suite tools and one or more web-based authoring tools, such as Captivate, Articulate or Canva.
  • have hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support instructional design, scriptwriting, communications and assessment creation.
  • be able to share examples or a portfolio of your training development work.
  • be comfortable working on the production floor, wearing required personal protective equipment and supporting training across shifts; experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment is preferred.

In this position, you will:
  • partner with leadership and business partners to identify training needs, define learning objectives and recommend effective learning solutions.
  • collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and evaluate eLearning, videos, classroom experiences, assessments, activities, job aids and blended learning programs.
  • develop, schedule, deliver and track training for employees and managers.
  • provide leadership coaching, mentorship and skill development to support individual and organizational growth.
  • help subject matter experts select training methods that reinforce skills, support distance learning and improve knowledge transfer for new employees.
  • build and maintain a central repository of training content that employees can easily access.
  • develop and support a network of internal trainers through Train the Trainer sessions, coaching and ongoing mentorship.
  • research training techniques and recommend improvements to program content, format and delivery.
  • manage external training vendor relationships as needed.

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
