About the Role:
As a CBRE Learning and Development Consultant, you will assist in managing the development, implementation, and administration of scalable learning and development programs that support business objectives. You will partner with stakeholders to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance, and engagement.
What You'll Do:
• Consults with business units and subject matter experts to identify learning and performance needs, recommend appropriate solutions and guide content development efforts.
• Designs and administers training programs (virtual and live instructor led trainings, digital learning resources, videos, eLearnings, and microlearnings) and recommends delivery approaches that best support learning outcomes and business needs.
• Applies learning and instructional design expertise to address complex business challenges and develop innovative learning solutions.
• Coordinates, designs and delivers virtual and in-person instructor-led training across the US.
• Creates and applies evaluation and assessment tools to measure learning effectiveness, impact and alignment with business goals.
• Translates complex concepts into clear, practical learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse audiences and support learning and performance goals.
• Review training metrics, feedback and evaluation data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement of learning solutions.
• Manages communication and marketing plans for new courses and training programs.
• Remain current on learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices and apply them effectively to program design and delivery.
• Develops strong relationships and solicit and incorporate feedback from business partners, operations, managers, consultants and trainers.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Contribute to team success through effective communication and collaboration with teammates and partner team members.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of experience in learning and development roles, training, instructional design or related roles. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience delivering and facilitating training in-person and/or virtually.
• Ability to work autonomously within broad guidelines and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Excellent organization and project skills to coordinate program efforts.
• Experience with utilizing multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 and/or other emerging technologies to design online content preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Learning & Development Consultant position is $85,000 annually [or $40.86 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Learning & Development Consultant position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
