  • Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Advise, coach, and support leaders on performance management, employee development, corrective action, and complex workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and support innovative staffing and retention strategies.
  • Deliver training and guidance to supervisors on employment practices, performance evaluations, HR policies, and leadership best practices.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends, provide HR insights to leadership, and support strategic organizational initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting fair, thorough, and consistent workplace investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, human services, or other mission-driven organizations is a plus.

If you're passionate about employee relations, workplace culture, leadership support, and making a lasting impact through people, we'd love to hear from you.
