Job Summary

As a Learning and Development Business Intelligence Analyst II, you will support Learning & Development and Strategic Management initiatives by delivering data-driven insights that help leaders make informed decisions. In this role, you will develop dashboards, reports, and automated solutions that measure learning effectiveness, learner engagement, workforce trends, project progress, and operational performance. You will partner with business stakeholders to transform data from multiple systems into actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and support learning technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Automate business processes and reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Analyze learning, workforce, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology administration.


Skills and Background You'll Need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, HR analytics, learning analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Experience automating processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or People Analytics teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Schoox, or similar) and/or digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix.
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL, data query tools, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.


The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:
$66,000.00 - $111,750.00
