About This Role:

The Learning And Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of learning experiences and engagement programs across Forrester, including the coordination and tracking of required compliance training. This role is responsible for managing program logistics, supporting facilitators, and occasionally delivering sessions. The Learning And Engagement Specialist helps ensure employees experience learning that is seamless, relevant, and impactful, while meeting organizational and regulatory requirements. You'll partner closely with learning program owners and stakeholders, while also supporting onboarding and engagement initiatives that shape Forrester's culture and employee experience.

As learning and engagement continue to evolve in an AI-enabled workplace, this role brings curiosity, sound judgment, and a continuous learning mindset. Comfort using tools like Microsoft Copilot, and interest in how AI can enhance learning, engagement, and operations over time, will support success.

Job Description:
  • Manage logistics and participant experience for our core learning portfolio from enrollment to follow-up (including a brand new AIQ learning program aimed at helping employees apply AI thoughtfully and responsibly to their work).
  • Own compliance training coordination, tracking, and reporting to support organizational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary Workday Learning administrator, maintaining accurate data and a smooth learner experience.
  • Lead coordination and communication for two critical onboarding components: new-hire orientation (to support the best day-one experience possible) and starting blocks (for new hires in their first quarter).
  • Support the delivery of global engagement, volunteer, and other community building programs, ensuring thoughtful execution and companywide participation.
  • Draft clear program communication and maintain documentation to support consistent delivery across these items.


Job Requirements:
  • Three to five years' experience in supporting or delivering learning programs, employee engagement initiatives, or other HR programs.
  • Experience with learning or HR systems; Workday Learning experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in supporting compliance-driven learning programs, including tracking, auditing, and reporting completion data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage learning logistics and learner experience across multiple programs simultaneously, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort partnering with facilitators and stakeholders.
  • AI literate and curious, with comfort using tools such as Microsoft Copilot to solve problems, streamline work, and support high-quality outcomes. Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset and interest in how AI can thoughtfully enhance learning, engagement, and operational effectiveness as tools continue to evolve.


Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.

Base salary range: $78,000 - $128,000
