Responsibilities

  • Execute the yearly Piaget North America Training Roadmap and align local market priorities with global HQ guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the International Training Manager to customize global training content for North America.
  • Engage as a strategic partner in global and regional retail initiatives, participating in key commercial calls.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs supporting the entire customer journey across various platforms.
  • Implement tailored local training programs in partnership with commercial leadership addressing market opportunities.
  • Enhance brand image through on-the-floor coaching and mentoring of Client Advisors.
  • Organize and manage training seminars, product launches, and events for retail and wholesale audiences.

Full Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.L&D Strategy, Alignment & HQ Collaboration
  • Support Regional Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the yearly Piaget North America Training Roadmap and L&D strategy. Align local market priorities with Piaget Global HQ guidelines to build a sustainable, long-term vision for team growth.
  • HQ Partnership & Localization: Collaborate closely with the International Training Manager and global L&D content creators to adapt global training assets to the specific needs of the North American market.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a key business partner and contributor on global and regional retail initiatives, actively participating in monthly commercial and retail calls with the Commercial AVP, Corporate, and Partner Retail Manager/s.


2. Training & Omnichannel Delivery
  • Comprehensive Customer Journey Training: Deliver engaging, high-impact virtual, classroom, and on-the-floor training programs that support the complete Piaget customer journey, including:
  • Tailor-Made Module Implementation: Implement bespoke local training programs and modules in collaboration with commercial leadership to address specific regional market opportunities.


3. In-Store Coaching, Mentoring & Image Integrity
  • Direct Floor Coaching: Enhance the quality and maintain the integrity of Piaget's brand image through active, on-the-floor coaching, mentoring, and physical demonstration alongside Client Advisors.
  • Boutique Partnerships: Create strong partnerships with Boutique Managers and Partner Retail Manager/s to implement tailored, boutique-specific training action plans and ensure consistency in daily, in-store coaching follow-ups.
  • Leadership & Management Upskilling: Support developmental opportunities across all channels (Retail & Wholesale), focusing on upskilling boutique leadership teams to foster independent coaching on-site.


4. Budget, Events & Platform Management
  • Event Orchestration: Organize, facilitate, and manage large-scale training seminars, product launches, and educational events for both the retail and wholesale networks.
  • Budget Management: Plan, monitor and optimize the L&D budget in accordance with strategic priorities and market needs.
  • Digital Learning Engagement: Manage and animate Piaget's digital L&D platforms. Ensure content is accurate, updated in a timely manner, and leveraged to maintain continuous engagement and ongoing learning.


JOB PROFILE:

Education & Experience
  • Luxury Industry Expertise: minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury industry (High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, or Prestige Watchmaking is highly preferred).
  • Retail & Training Credentials: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in luxury retail training and coaching, combined with proven hands-on field or sales experience within luxury boutiques.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred (ideally in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or Human Resources), or equivalent luxury retail experience.
  • Instructional Design: Demonstrated experience in the implementation and of training programs and materials.


Technical Skills & Core Competencies
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Additional language skills (French and Spanish) are a plus.
  • Advanced Digital Tools: Highly computer literate with advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite-specifically PowerPoint (for high-impact, luxury-standard presentation design) and Excel (for training path tracking, analytics, and budget management).
  • Data Literacy: Ability to interpretate retail KPIs, CRM data, NPS, and mystery shopping scores into concrete training action plans.


Travel Requirements
  • Extensive Travel: Ability to travel extensively throughout North America (approximately 50% to 70% of the time).
