This role is responsible to deploy Lean Manufacturing throughout the company both in the Plants as well as on the Administrative Side of the Business
Knowledge and Skills (Education):- Comfortable working with both Salaried and Hourly Employees
- Logical thinker
- Can facilitate Meetings
- Has the drive and energy to take initiative without being told exactly what to do
- 5 Years of Work Experience Minimum
- Can use Excel and PowerPoint
Major Accountabilities: - Supporting The Business Units & Functional Areas as they Implement the Lean Portions of the Business Plan
- Responsible for Cascading Lean Manufacturing Concepts Across the Company
Working Conditions:- Comfortable working on the Manufacturing floor
- Job Requires 80%-90% Travel
