Qualifications

• Experience in leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing and collaborating at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to independently lead projects.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and sustainable process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
