Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kaizen events, process improvement projects, and value stream initiatives that drive measurable business results.
  • Partner with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste throughout the organization.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Analyze operational performance data and use Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Develop and sustain standard work, visual management systems, and process documentation using Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.
  • Serve as a champion for continuous improvement by promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.


Qualifications:
