About the Role: - Be the face of our culture by modeling humility, accountability, and servant leadership. You'll inspire your team to grow, both personally and professionally.
- From job assignments to inventory management, you'll ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule. You'll even step up as the acting Branch Manager when needed!
- Oversee the quality of work, maintain safety standards, and make sure every leak is sealed. Regular check-ins, job site visits, and team huddles will be key tools in your toolkit.
- Develop plans to hit revenue targets and ensure the team's KPIs are on point, including closing repair sales, maintaining low "go backs," and achieving production benchmarks.
What We're Looking For: - At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required
- Strong leadership skills and a background in leak detection
- Stellar communication and customer service chops
- A love for problem-solving and keeping things efficient
