Full Job Description
Provide executive leaders with strategic advice, counsel, and recruitment strategy planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified executive and senior level leadership candidates. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through complex offer negotiations through onboarding. May also manage third party search firms for certain roles.

Required Education and Experience
B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum six (6) years recruitment experience with supporting executive leaders with full-cycle support
Three (3) plus years' experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies (leadership, executive, clinical specialty)
ATS proficiency and experience with HRMS software (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle)

Required Credentials
N/A.

Preferred
Experience recruiting Physician and APP candidates
Three (3) years full cycle recruiting experience with Physician and APP candidates
Familiarity with AI tools to augment recruiting and sourcing activities
Experience using a CRM for candidate sourcing and pipelines
Certified Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from AAPPR or PHR/SHRM certification.

Compensation Range
$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
