Position Title: Leader/Senior Lead, Product

About the role:

RoundGlass Living App empowers organizations to deliver impactful mental health and wellbeing solutions, enhancing employee health, engagement, and productivity. Our science-backed approach, innovative tools, and expert-led resources drive holistic health improvements. As the Leader of Product, you will define and execute the strategy for our enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) wellbeing solutions, ensuring alignment with RoundGlass' mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, data science, and wellbeing experts-to develop innovative products that create lasting, positive change for users.

What you'll do:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for workplace, education, and consumer wellbeing solutions.

• Build and lead a high-performing product management team while closely collaborating with the UI/UX team to ensure alignment with user experience goals and business objectives.

• Oversee market research and product positioning to maintain a competitive edge.

• Manage product budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency and ROI.

• Foster strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.

• Establish and track KPIs for product performance, using data insights to optimize impact.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market and adoption strategies.

• Advocate for a personalized and exceptional user experience in holistic wellbeing.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Build relationships with external partners and industry experts to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.

Who we're looking for:

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in B2B digital wellness or consumer apps.

• Passion for empowering individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• Proven experience defining, prioritizing, and launching features that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-growth environments.

• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders across functions to drive product success.

• Experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

• Startup or high-ambiguity environment experience preferred.

• Proficiency in writing clear PRDs, roadmaps, and product specifications.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000-200,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
