Position Title: Leader/Senior Lead, Product

About the role:

RoundGlass Living App empowers organizations to deliver impactful mental health and wellbeing solutions, enhancing employee health, engagement, and productivity. Our science-backed approach, innovative tools, and expert-led resources drive holistic health improvements. As the Leader of Product, you will define and execute the strategy for our enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) wellbeing solutions, ensuring alignment with RoundGlass' mission. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, data science, and wellbeing experts-to develop innovative products that create lasting, positive change for users.

What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for workplace, education, and consumer wellbeing solutions.


  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team while closely collaborating with the UI/UX team to ensure alignment with user experience goals and business objectives.


  • Oversee market research and product positioning to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Manage product budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency and ROI.


  • Foster strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.


  • Establish and track KPIs for product performance, using data insights to optimize impact.


  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market and adoption strategies.


  • Advocate for a personalized and exceptional user experience in holistic wellbeing.


  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Who we're looking for:

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000-200,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution.
