Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive alliance and partnership strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, ensuring strategic fit and long-term value creation.
Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements that maximize mutual benefit and safeguard organizational interests.
Collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure the successful execution of alliance initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on alliance performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as the primary executive point of contact for strategic partners, fostering trust, accountability, and long-term collaboration.
Proactively manage and resolve conflicts or issues in alliances, while staying abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to strengthen the partnership ecosystem.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
165,300 to 235,000 USD
