Full Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Workplace Engineering Specialist to provide technical leadership for our Content & Survey Solutions Engineering team, overseeing solution design, delivery, and production support for enterprise SaaS platforms. The role supports content management solutions including Box, Google Workspace, SharePoint Embedded, and Alfresco, along with survey platforms, Qualtrics and Microsoft Forms.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Workplace Engineering position at Vice President level which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing the technical environment and end-user experience across various workplace technologies, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction across the organization.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead the design, implementation, support, and evolution of Enterprise Content Management and Survey Solutions platforms, driving platform enhancements, SaaS integrations, automation initiatives, and roadmap delivery while providing hands-on technical leadership and escalation management

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements, solution options, implementation plans, and measurable delivery outcomes.

  • Lead production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives, partnering with clients and vendors to ensure platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence.

  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise SaaS platforms, driving onboarding, governance, and lifecycle management while overseeing API-based integrations, authentication frameworks, and cross-platform connectivity.

  • Mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of application development experience and skilled with one or more development languages such as .NET/C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, shell scripting,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Familiar with database platforms such as Microsoft SQL server, Mongo DB or similar technologies.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise identity, access management and integration such as SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, roles, entitlements, and provisioning workflows.

  • Proficient with GitHub, Git-based version control, and modern DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and operational readiness.

  • Experience with API integrations, REST services, JSON, authentication patterns, and troubleshooting integration failures across distributed systems.

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok.

  • Understanding of security, privacy, data governance, change management, and operational risk controls in a regulated enterprise environment (preferred)

  • Hands-on experience leading technical delivery for enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms (e.g., Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online), including onboarding, configuration, integration, lifecycle management, and production support (preferred)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, key management, encryption, data pipelines, web application infrastructure, networking, proxies, load balancing, and enterprise integration patterns (preferred)

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with a strong sense of ownership, prioritization, collaboration, and accountability (preferred)

Knowledge of French and English is required.
