Role Summary

The Lead Product Services & Management Analyst is responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of product services across the organization. This role combines product support, service operations, analytics, and stakeholder leadership to enhance customer experience, optimize service delivery, and support business objectives.

This individual will act as a subject matter expert for Vivo Health Application Support, overseeing service lifecycle management, performance metrics, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure product services are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer and market needs.

Preferred
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or large-scale systems is a plus.
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or product-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Prior people leadership or team lead experience.
  • Pharmacy workflows and processes is a plus


Job Description

Leads and oversees implementation and supporting application system. Researches, studies, and analyzes system-related issues and provides appropriate resolution. Ensures the integrity, maintenance, and operations and its impact on data integrity for organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Creates, optimizes, and maintains complex SQL as part of stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
  • Manages, designs and develops highly configurable, fault tolerant systems.
  • Reviews database objects for data integrity, quality, security, recoverability, scalability, maintenance, and capacity and recommends changes as necessary.
  • Oversees database design documentation at architectural and functional level.
  • Recommends new strategies and architecture to enhance efficiency of data systems.
  • Plans, manages and tracks database and system changes.
  • Maintains policies and procedures related to security and protecting privacy of client and company information.
  • Responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
  • Employees use knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification
