Coastal Veterinary Care is a brand-new small animal practice located in Swansea, Massachusetts, just minutes from our sister hospital, Mass-RI Veterinary Services. This role offers a unique blend of
clinical excellence, mentorship, and leadership, with the support of an established regional and national network.

As Head Veterinarian, you will play a key role in shaping hospital culture, medical standards, and team development. You'll work closely with hospital leadership and operations partners to create a collaborative, supportive environment focused on high-quality medicine and exceptional client care.
What You'll Do- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff
- Establish and uphold high medical and ethical standards
- Help design workflows, protocols, and team culture for a new hospital
- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical practice
