Job Description Summary

The Lead Treasury Analyst will provide advanced treasury and banking support across the enterprise, including domestic and global bank account administration, corporate banking services, banking documentation, file transmission support, SOX controls, and complex issue resolution. This is a lead individual contributor role and does not require direct people management. The role partners closely with internal business units, Legal, IT, offshore support teams, and external banking partners to ensure banking services are established, maintained, and operating effectively to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead treasury resource for daily work, complex issues, process questions, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Lead and support the opening, closing, modification, and maintenance of domestic and global bank accounts and related banking services, including ACH, lockbox, positive pay, debit blocks/filters, account reporting, and other treasury banking services.

  • Establish and support global banking needs across USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, and other currencies, including applicable global banking services and documentation requirements.

  • Serve as a key liaison between business units, banking partners, Legal, IT, vendors, and offshore support teams to ensure banking needs are understood, prioritized, and delivered effectively.

  • Partner with internal Legal teams to lead review, negotiation, approval, and execution of bank agreements, service documentation, and related banking documents.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex banking, system, transmission, payment operations, and operational issues, including escalated items from business units or offshore support teams.

  • Support file connectivity and transmission processes with banking partners, including sending and receiving ACH, reporting, acknowledgement, and other bank files.

  • Lead treasury and banking-related projects, including new banking service implementations, process improvements, bank transitions, system enhancements, and business unit initiatives.

  • Support SOX processes, controls, audits, walkthroughs, evidence preparation, risk mitigation, and control documentation for treasury banking activities.

  • Create, analyze, and maintain banking-related reports, account documentation, procedures, metrics, operational controls, and tracking tools, including systems such as bank portals, treasury workstations, ERP platforms, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or other workflow and issue-tracking tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related business degree.

  • 5-10 years relevant experience.

  • Hold Certified Treasury Professional certification or obtain within a year of hire.

  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.

  • Experience with multicurrency and global banking services, including support for multiple legal entities, business units, or product lines.

  • Strong knowledge of treasury banking services, bank account administration, corporate banking products, banking documentation, legal agreements, signature authority, and service implementation requirements.

  • Experience working with banks to establish, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve banking services, operational processes, file transmissions, connectivity, acknowledgements, and issue resolution.

  • Experience supporting SOX controls, audit requests, control documentation, operational risk management, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to resolve complex and time-sensitive issues across internal and external partners.

  • Demonstrates ownership, initiative, accountability, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and commitments.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks or process inefficiencies, recommend practical solutions, and drive work to completion.

  • Knowledge of treasury workstations, banking portals, payment systems, ACH rules, ERP platforms, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office applications, and related workflow or issue-tracking tools.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Environment (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.)

The Salary for this position generally ranges between$82,000.00- $109,000.00 annually.Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors includingqualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Companys discretion.
