We are seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise customer data strategy, master/reference data governance, and large-scale transformation programs. This role operates at an engagement level, leading cross-functional global teams and delivering high-impact data initiatives across regulatory, risk, and business domains.
Job Description
Lead customer master & reference data strategy, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide data management initiatives
Partner with C-suite stakeholders, risk committees, and leadership forums to present strategy, progress, and key decisions
Drive delivery of transformation programs, including system modernization, integrations, and vendor implementations
Oversee full delivery lifecycle: business analysis, architecture reviews, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and controls across customer and product data domains
Optimize APIs, workflows, and integrations to improve operational efficiency and data quality
Lead AI/automation initiatives for customer data quality, KYC validation, and process efficiency improvements
Manage merger, acquisition, and divestiture data transformations, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless data migration
Oversee production support operations, including incident communication, SLA adherence, and disaster recovery testing.

Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000 a year
