Qualifications

• Expert experience in systems engineering management across the full system development and operational lifecycle.
• Proven ability to author and maintain SEMP, TEMP, IIP, and Concept of Operations documentation.
• Experience driving technical integration across a System of Systems (SoS) with multiple service and solution providers.
• Strong background implementing scaled agile methodologies in large, multi-team programs.
• Experience facilitating Technical Review Boards and engineering governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the development and implementation of new systems for the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization (DTAM) effort.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within a complex systems environment.
• Drive the implementation of scaled agile methodologies across multiple teams.
• Manage systems engineering processes and oversee preparation of integration plans.
• Ensure technical integration across various stakeholders involved in Decennial programs.
