Strategy Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 12+ years in enterprise sales, consulting sales, business development, or strategic account growth.
• Senior automotive growth leader with strong CXO value articulation capabilities.
• Consultative selling expertise with proven ability to shape opportunities, build consensus, and sell outcomes.
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and navigating complex enterprise buying environments
• Strong automotive experience across OEMs, suppliers, mobility, connected vehicles, digital retail, CX,
or automotive technology.
• Experience selling consulting, AI, analytics, SaaS/platforms, simulation, decision intelligence,
or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to achieve following success metrics
• TwinX revenue growth and expansion revenue across automotive accounts.
• New logo acquisition, pipeline creation, and deal conversion.
• Account penetration across use cases, functions, and geographies.
• Renewal rate, zero avoidable churn, and customer value realization.
• Number of successful TwinX use cases replicated across automotive clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
CXO Value Articulation
• Engage CEOs, CMOs, CROs, CDOs, Product, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders.
• Translate TwinX capabilities into executive narratives around growth, monetization, customer experience, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Lead value realization discussions and executive business reviews.
Growth in Existing and New Accounts
• Drive TwinX revenue growth across existing automotive accounts and new logos.
• Identify whitespace across business functions, geographies, brands, segments, and use cases.
• Develop account growth plans to increase TwinX penetration and strategic relevance
Customer Retention and Zero Churn
• Own commercial health, executive sponsorship, renewals, and engagement continuity.
• Ensure clients realize measurable business value from TwinX programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to adoption, renewal, stakeholder alignment, or value realization
Replication and Scale
• Hunt for replication opportunities across automotive clients and sub-sectors.
• Convert successful TwinX engagements into repeatable industry plays and account motions.
• Scale use cases such as customer lifecycle, loyalty, SDV monetization, pricing, marketing effectiveness,
dealer/channel optimization, and digital CX
Product and Delivery Collaboration
• Partner with Product teams on client needs, market feedback, roadmap inputs, and automotive-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Consulting teams to align what is sold, delivered, and realized.
• Bridge customer priorities, product strategy, delivery excellence, and TCS account growth
Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Salary Range: $150000 - $180000 a year
