Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: - Lead multi-disciplinary / cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design / develop machine learning, and data science solutions - Utilize processes / best practices to plan, lead, and execute delivery of artificial intelligence engagements - Work with clients to understand business requirements, design solutions utilizing data analytics solutions, and work with data engineers to develop / utilize ETL process to ingest structured / unstructured data - Leverage a variety of data sources such as social media, internal / external documents, images, video, financial data, and operational data to develop cutting-edge data-driven products - Design / perform explanatory data analysis, develop, manage, and execute data analytics experimentations - Build / manage production-ready data science product lifecycles, continuous delivery and automation pipelines (MLOps), orchestration / model management in cloud environment; cluster large amount of user generated content / process data in large-scale environments using Amazon EC2, STorm, Hadoop, Spark, etc. - Design / develop dashboards, UI and interactive tools to support clients to turn their data into actionable insights / reproducible reports Qualifications: - A minimum of five years of technical data science experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university - Experience applying artificial intelligence techniques to achieve business goals - Proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, Java, Scala, Spark, Hadoop, Alteryx, SQL; data visualization tools such as Tableau / QlikView - Experience developing Deep Learning models (e.g. - CNN, Recurrent, etc.) and their applications (object detection, text recognition, language modeling etc.) and tools (e.g. - TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Fast.ai, etc.) - Experience leveraging cloud services or Cloud Certification (e.g. - AWS Solution Architect, AWS Machine Learning, Google Data Engineering, Azure AI Engineer Associate, etc.) - Experience building AI pipelines, ML development lifecycles, MLOps and containerization (such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, etc.) - Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements - Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
