JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for creating and organizing testing processes based on project requirements and managing test activities within a team. Ensuring adherence to test practices and processes to improve test coverage and quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and organize the testing process based on project requirements.
• Manage test activities within the team.
• Ensure adherence to test practices and processes to improve test coverage.
• Create test estimates and schedules.
• Identify business processes, conduct risk analysis, and ensure test coverage.
• Ensure adherence to processes and standards.
• Produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports for evidence of testing.
• Publish RCA reports and preventive measures.
• Report progress of testing and project metrics.
• Ensure quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to test automation and performance testing.
• Work with DevOps teams to understand testing frameworks and QA processes for continuous testing.
• Coordinate test environment and test data provisioning.
• Participate in review, walkthroughs, and demos for test design sign-off.
• Prepare test summary reports for modules/features.
• Analyze, prioritize, and identify gaps in requirements/user stories, creating workflow diagrams.
• Participate in test management.
• Identify dependencies for estimates and schedules.
• Consume, contribute, and review best practices, lessons learned, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test plans, test cases/scripts, and execute tests.
• Conduct root cause and trend analysis of defects.
• Identify test scenarios with an understanding of systems, interfaces, and applications.
• Identify end-to-end business critical scenarios.
• Create and review test scenarios and prepare RTM.
• Prepare estimates (time/effort) based on requirements/user stories.
• Identify the scope of testing.
• Identify risks/issues and prepare mitigation and contingency plans.
• Define KPIs for the engagement and ensure adherence.
• Handle governance calls and represent team issues.
Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Estimation techniques.
• Knowledge of Testing standards.
