Full Job Description
We're hiring a Lead Software Integration Engineer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 60% onsite work required.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10 years of application development, integration, and support preferred
  • 2 years as a team lead or supervisor
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, specifically:
    • PeopleSoft
    • Finance domain experience within ERP/PeopleSoft
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud/Oracle SaaS applications
  • Proven work in human capital and financial domains
  • Hands-on experience leading technical delivery and integrations
  • Experience operating in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
  • Ability to function as a very technical individual contributor who can own architecture, integrations, and complex initiatives
  • Deep technical expertise sufficient to run key parts of the department from a technical standpoint

Key Responsibilities:
