We're hiring a Lead Software Integration Engineer to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 60% onsite work required.Skills & Qualifications:- 10 years of application development, integration, and support preferred
- 2 years as a team lead or supervisor
- Strong experience with ERP systems, specifically:
- PeopleSoft
- Finance domain experience within ERP/PeopleSoft
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Oracle SaaS applications
- Proven work in human capital and financial domains
- Hands-on experience leading technical delivery and integrations
- Experience operating in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Ability to function as a very technical individual contributor who can own architecture, integrations, and complex initiatives
- Deep technical expertise sufficient to run key parts of the department from a technical standpoint
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end lifecycle development across enterprise systems
- Serve as the technical lead for projects (hands-on + coordination)
- Architect and coordinate third-party application integrations
- Work across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for how systems should be designed and implemented
- Support and guide development teams (not people management, but strong technical leadership)
- Contribute to department-level technical strategy and modernization efforts
- Partner closely with the CIO and senior leadership to scale and mature the organization
- Leverage AI solutions where applicable to support delivery and efficiency
Education/Certifications:- 4-year degree in an IT-related field or other field, combined with related IT experience
