Full Job Description
This individual will serve as the Health Cloud SME while leading development efforts across the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Copado, and core Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, mentor other developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and actively contribute to solution design and development.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Health Cloud SME in Salesforce platform (Healthcare domain must)
Lead design, development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide hands-on development across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, integrations, and configuration.
Support and mentor team developers by: Troubleshooting complex technical issues, Conducting code reviews, Enforcing best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee CI/CD processes using Copado.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security and performance standards.
Support deployment planning and release management activities.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience.
Deep expertise in: Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Integrations), Health Cloud, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards), Copado (CI/CD, version control, deployment automation)
Proven experience in a Development Lead or Technical Lead capacity.
