- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production applications.
- Architecture: Proven expertise in distributed systems, microservices design, and building robust REST APIs.
- Tech-Stack: Strong hands-on proficiency across the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem, including modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and server-side runtimes/frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
- Data: Comprehensive experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS), alongside broad proficiency across relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis).
- Infrastructure: Deep experience building cloud-native applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), utilizing core services for object storage, serverless compute, API management, and event routing.
- DevOps: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible, CI/CD pipeline automation, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- AI: Practical experience leveraging agent-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to optimize software delivery velocity without compromising on code quality.
Preferred Qualifications- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade, highly scalable distributed systems.
- Data: Hands-on experience with modern, big data platforms and processing frameworks such as Databricks, Snowflake, or PySpark.
- AI: Practical exposure to Generative AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous agentic systems.
