Req# 53333 - Lead Software Developer (DevOps) Cloud/SaaS Full time On-Site opportunity Locations: in Mississauga, Richmond Hill or Waterloo, Ontario You are part of an Engineering organization building and operating a highly scalable, globally available Public Cloud Service (SaaS) in the Enterprise Information Management domain. Working closely with Software Engineering and IT Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and continuous evolution of our fast-growing cloud platform. In an agile environment, you will drive automation, streamline operations, and help deliver new capabilities to customers around the world.
What the role offers: - Lead DevOps and automation initiatives across development and operations teams.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Improve performance, security, observability, and operational excellence across the SaaS platform.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
What you need to succeed:- 7+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud-based enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.
- Solid Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with excellent communication skill in English.

Salary Range: $118,000.00 - $168,000.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
