What You'll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines) and commercial cooking equipment (combi ovens, steamers, grills).
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable and safe.
- Communicate clearly with customers and document work accurately.
- Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and teammates for efficient solutions.
- Represent Coastline with professionalism and pride.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in both refrigeration and cooking equipment service.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Desire to grow, learn, and eventually take on leadership.
Compensation & BenefitsWe pay
hourly, with overtime opportunities.
Pay is directly tied to performance, with combo-technicians earning
$35 - $45/hour and working up to
10 overtime hours per week (
$85,024 - $120,259 annually with OT).

20+ hours of overtime every week, Coastline may not be the right fit. Our
regular operating hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm, and many days you'll be done by
4:00pm. We want you
home for dinner every day.
