This role provides advanced technical expertise, leads discipline teams, oversees project quality, mentor designers and engineers, resolves major design and construction challenges, and contributes to practice-level strategy, operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
- Direct or oversee the preparation of design documents, system layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Develop solutions to advanced and highly complex engineering problems, providing discipline-wide technical guidance.
- Serve as a mentor and coach across teams and practices, including supervising less experienced designers and engineers.
- Participate in or lead staffing recommendations, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
- Provide quality oversight, including conducting and/or issuing final quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Communicate with clients, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership in responding to technical questions or design challenges.
- Lead or support strategic business development efforts and maintain key client and partner relationships.
- Serve as Engineer of Record when assigned, ensuring technical accuracy, accountability, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required for EOR's (must at least be pursuing PE)
- Additional technical certifications (e.g., RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL) highly preferred.
- Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, applicable codes and standards, Revit, Bluebeam, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discipline coordination and manage complex or large-scale project scopes.

Salary Ranges:Los Angeles Salary Range: $119,712 - $208,800
Las Vegas Salary Range: $108,360 - $189,000
Denver Salary Range: $113,520 - $198,000
New York Salary Range: $125,904 - $219,600
Philadelphia Salary Range: $113,520 - $198,000
