Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction
• Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Certifications such as CCP, PMP, or equivalent are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules for large-scale construction projects
• Ensure schedule integrity and forecasting accuracy
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively throughout all project phases
• Collaborate with project executives and managers to optimize scheduling performance
• Support field leadership and estimating teams with data-driven insights
• Ensure effective planning translates into successful project execution
• Lead scheduling efforts to ensure projects are completed safely and within budget
