What you will enjoy doing*- You are expected to lead end-to-end functional design across SAP Finance/Controlling, Sales Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain processes for multiple business units
- Act as primary functional lead for large-scale SAP initiatives, rollouts, and transformation programs
- Own and drive business process design ensuring alignment with global templates and industry best practices
- You will provide expert-level second and third tier support including complex issue resolution and root cause analysis across SAP and integrated systems
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into solution architecture and detailed functional specifications
- Oversee configuration, testing strategy, and deployment of SAP solutions across multiple regions and business units
- You will ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PM) and with external systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process harmonization, automation, and optimization
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, first tier support teams, and external service providers
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements
What makes you great - Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules with strong working knowledge of Sales and Supply Chain modules
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or large-scale rollouts
- You have strong understanding of SAP integration points across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain modules
- Expertise in end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and financial closing cycles
- You have the ability to design and implement global process templates and drive harmonization across regions
- Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization to enhance operational efficiency
- You are skilled in translating business requirements into functional architecture, solution design, and functional specifications
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and ability to balance standard solutions versus customizations
- You have a proven track record leading SAP projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing testing phases, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare support
- You have strong skills in SAP application management services including incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business leadership and influence decision-making
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform, integrations (IDoc, APIs), and interface design
- You are familiarity with data migration, master data management, and reporting tools
- You hold a bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive SAP functional experience in multinational environments with global SAP templates
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in matrix organizations
