Role Overview:This role focuses on designing and building Health Cloud Service Cloud solutions to optimize claims inventory workflows. The Lead Salesforce Developer will be responsible for integrating these solutions with upstream systems using various APIs (REST, Bulk, FHIR) and event streams like Kafka/MQ.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery activities including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
- Govern compliance with HIPAA/PHI security standards, ensure auditability, and manage role/permission modeling.
- Mentor other developers and foster collaboration with architecture, product, security, and data teams.
Required Skills:- 8 years of Salesforce experience.
- 5 years of experience leading enterprise implementations.
- Expertise in Health Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification.
- Agentforce Specialist Certification.
- 5 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce technologies including Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
- 1 year of Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience.
- 5 years of experience with programming languages such as Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT.
- Experience in Agentforce building AI agents.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- 5 years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise implementations.
