Full Job Description
Responsible for leading maintenance activities related to the repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and production systems. This role provides technical guidance to maintenance technicians, coordinates maintenance priorities, and ensures equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production and operational goals.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
  • Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
  • Review maintenance procedures and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation within CMMS systems.
  • Train, mentor, and provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams to minimize downtime and improve performance.
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
