  • Mentor and manage project team to meet goals and enhance staff development.

Job Summary

Manages and executes Relocation Project Management services on assigned projects utilizing and managing a team of professionals to provide superior client service. Projects may be larger, more complex, and vary in scope. This is a player/coach role.

Job Responsibilities

Project Administration and Reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date project time forecasts that accurately reflect the staffing requirements across all sites.
  • Reallocate resources as needed based on regional demand.
  • Review and approve staff time sheet entries.
  • Review, revise, reconcile, and verify invoices within the timeframe specified by accounting.
  • Develop, manage, review, and approve all reports for submittal to client.
  • Ensure internal project administrative close-out activities are adhered to across all projects.
  • Ensure team is meeting or exceeding all RPM KPIs.


Move/Project Management
  • Act as a player/coach overseeing the planning, scheduling, and implementation of project scope or delegating responsibilities based on regional demand.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues associated with Relocation Project Management team.
  • Ensure JLL best practices and policies are being followed.
  • Support in the development of the Relocation Project Management account. Provide leadership and guidance in the area of service delivery quality and monitor quality results.
  • Ensure operations manual/playbook is in place and updated on account.
  • Review project status and tracking reports on a routine basis to ensure deliverables are being achieved.
  • Support the preparation of various RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services for the region.
  • Ensure the incorporation of best practices into projects.
  • Ensure project processes are managed in accordance with the client's and JLL policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.
  • Develop and deliver required project-specific reporting.
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time and expenses, ethics, and business practice.
  • Oversee the work orders and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements.


Client Communication and Management
  • Understand and manage client expectations, interact positively with client, and provide diplomatic, constructive, and productive feedback to accomplish end results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in project execution with client leadership.
  • Establish regular communication channels with client and partners to obtain feedback and provide project updates.
  • Coordinate smooth staff transition with the client and stakeholders when needed.


People Management, Leadership, and Teamwork
  • Provide as-needed assistance and guidance to subordinates and other members of the Relocation Project Management Group. Overall accountability for the results of those under direct supervision.
  • Manage workload and staffing via forecasting tool, active project data, and dashboards to meet targets for region.
  • Lead development of and adherence to policies, procedures, compliance, data accuracy, and contractual obligations in the region.
  • Manage Employee annual performance plans, skills assessment, career development support, interviewing, and hiring for open positions.
  • Manage directly RPM staff, and delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple projects of varying complexity.


Talent Management
  • Mentor and train personnel.
  • Provide recommendations regarding additional training and development of personnel.
  • Provide guidance and training on development of scope proposals and proposal pricing.
  • Complete employee annual reviews.


Miscellaneous
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time and expenses, ethics, and business practice.
  • Fully conversant in Relocation Project Management, including all RPM services.
