Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead Recruiter (Construction & Restoration)

Location: Fully Remote (Must operate on EST)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: On-target earnings of $80,000 - $90,000/year (Base Salary + Uncapped Placement Commission)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across our 6 PA franchise locations. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you will partner directly with leadership to source, interview, and hire top-tier talent in field operations, management, sales, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring workflow from job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to offer extension and onboarding handoff.
  • Industry Sourcing: Actively hunt for talent in disaster restoration, trades, and commercial construction using job boards, social media, network referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet high-priority and ongoing staffing demands across 6 franchise territories.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with Franchise Managers and Operations Leaders to understand hiring needs, refine job requirements, and deliver a smooth candidate experience.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, certifications (e.g., IICRC, OSHA), and cultural fit.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, retention) to continually improve hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience recruiting within Disaster Restoration, Construction, Skilled Trades, or similar field-operations industries is strongly preferred.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Must be available to work dedicated hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Proactive Headhunter Mentality: Demonstrated track record of active candidate sourcing beyond passive job board applicants.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and keep hiring managers aligned.
