Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Own the full project lifecycle - from inception through final delivery - keeping quality and financials on track every step of the way.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams across the organization.
  • Lead energizing kickoff meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Drive project timelines with a proactive mindset - anticipating roadblocks before they become problems.
  • Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inspections to ensure every product meets spec.
  • Align vendors and logistics partners with contractual obligations and delivery expectations.
  • Compile approval drawings and comprehensive maintenance manuals.
  • Mentor and train staff, building the next generation of project management talent within the team.
  • Jump in on expediting and inspection tasks as needed - no task is too small when the project needs it.


Job Requirements

  • 5+ years managing data center projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipe Drive, Epicor P21, and Asana.
  • Familiarity with water, renewables, data center, and oil & gas market sectors.

Essential Job Function

Ability to sit at a desk while working on a computer, reviewing documents, and analyzing data using software applications and spreadsheets.
