What you will do:The Manager, Project Finance Delivery is responsible for the financial oversight of a large portfolio of projects and serves as a trusted advisor to engagement leadership. This role leads project financial planning, forecasting, revenue recognition reviews, contract compliance activities, and operational financial management while providing guidance and mentorship to Project Finance Analysts. The Manager partners with Segment Finance, Operational Leadership, Accounting, Contracts, Billing, and FP&A to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks, and drive project profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Financial Oversight
- Manage the financial performance of a portfolio of projects across multiple clients and contracts.
- Lead monthly EAC reviews and forecasting activities.
- Challenge assumptions and identify emerging financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop executive-level explanations for revenue, margin, cost, and utilization variances.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve project performance.
Forecasting and Planning- Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning.
- Coordinate with project leadership to develop staffing, revenue, and profitability projections.
- Perform scenario analysis and evaluate the financial impact of operational changes.
- Support segment-level financial reviews and leadership reporting.
Revenue Recognition and Compliance- Review project financial structures and contract requirements.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and contract terms.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor funding limitations, contract modifications, and financial compliance risks.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management- Serve as the primary finance contact for engagement leaders and project teams.
- Mentor and develop junior project finance personnel.
- Lead financial review meetings and present project financial performance to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts.
What you will need:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 6-10 years of project finance, FP&A, government contracting, consulting finance, or related experience.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, project accounting, and financial controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex project portfolios and mentoring staff.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
