Lead Project Controls Specialist
Location: Neenah, WI | Full-time

As a Lead Project Controls Specialist, you will work with Operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes along with ensuring goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed parameters. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and training new employees on standard procedures while fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

What it takes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel
  • Project cost analysis experience
  • General knowledge of accounting and business operations
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
  • Proven ability to use data to drive process improvement
