Our team in Canada is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Controller to join our Minerals and Metals business in Vancouver.

About the Role
- Lead the implementation and management of project controls systems, processes, and reporting requirements across assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain project control budgets utilizing standard Ausenco systems, work breakdown structures (WBS), and control accounts to effectively monitor project performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance on cost control, forecasting, scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, and change management activities.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and schedule performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and developing mitigation strategies.
About You
- 12+ years of experience in project controls or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading project controls activities on large-scale mining, engineering, EPCM, or construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field is an asset
- Experienced in using Oracle, EcoSys and P6 is an asset.
Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000
